Return & Exchange Policy

For the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. This includes all nail supplies, tools, and cosmetics, as these items come into direct contact with skin and nails.

We carefully inspect all products before shipping to ensure quality and accuracy. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that in the event that an order is returned to sender, the original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
