These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, online store, and related services operated by L&D Beauty Nail Supply Inc (“L&D Beauty Nail Supply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collectively referred to as the “Services.”
By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Exchange Policy.

1. Eligibility
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to use our Services and products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Customer Accounts
Certain features of our website may allow or require customers to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account details updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account, except where otherwise provided by applicable law. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us promptly. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security concerns, misuse, or violations of these Terms.
3. Products & Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our merchandise, including product names, shade numbers, sizes, colors, packaging, specifications, and other identifying information. However, manufacturers may change product formulations, ingredients, packaging, labeling, components, or specifications without prior notice. Product information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.
Product Colors & Appearance
We strive to represent product colors accurately. However, actual colors may vary due to manufacturing differences, lighting, photography, electronic display settings, and differences between product formulations. Minor variations in shade, tone, finish, packaging, or appearance that do not materially affect a product’s identity or intended use are not necessarily considered defects.
Customers are encouraged to carefully verify product names, shade numbers, formulations, sizes, quantities, and other identifying information before purchasing. Material product discrepancies will be addressed in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy and applicable law.
4. Professional & Specialty Products
Our store offers nail, beauty, cosmetic, chemical, electrical, and professional-use merchandise. Certain products may require specialized knowledge, professional training, appropriate equipment, ventilation, or specific application, removal, handling, and storage procedures. Products are available to professionals and members of the general public unless otherwise indicated or restricted by applicable law. Customers are responsible for reviewing and following applicable manufacturer instructions, warnings, ingredient information, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), intended uses, and safety precautions. Information provided through our website or customer service is intended for general product guidance and does not replace manufacturer instructions or qualified professional advice.
To the extent permitted by law, L&D Beauty Nail Supply is not responsible for damage, injury, adverse reactions, or unsatisfactory results caused by improper use, misuse, incompatible products, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or use outside a product’s intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance or fulfillment. Orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, order verification, fraud screening, shipping restrictions, and acceptance by L&D Beauty Nail Supply. We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse, limit, or cancel orders for legitimate business reasons, including:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Payment or verification concerns
- Shipping or legal restrictions
- Order processing errors
- Suspected unauthorized resale or misuse
- Circumstances preventing lawful or reasonable fulfillment
We may contact customers to verify order information before fulfillment when appropriate. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and before shipment, we will refund the canceled merchandise and applicable shipping charges in accordance with applicable law.
6. Pricing & Payment
Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions, availability, and offers may change without notice. Changes generally do not affect previously accepted orders, except where corrections are permitted by applicable law. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing and product information. However, typographical, technical, or other errors may occasionally occur. If a material pricing or product-information error is discovered before fulfillment, we may contact the customer regarding available options or cancel and refund the affected order, as permitted by law. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges disclosed at checkout, including merchandise, shipping, taxes, and other applicable charges.
7. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions, sales, and discount codes may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, restrictions, expiration dates, and exclusions.
Unless otherwise specified:
- Promotional offers apply only during their advertised periods.
- Discount codes may be limited to one use per customer.
- Multiple discounts may not be combined unless permitted.
- Discounts apply only to eligible merchandise.
- Promotions generally cannot be applied retroactively.
If you forget to apply an eligible promotional code, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and before fulfillment or shipment. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate eligible adjustments when possible, but adjustments are not guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun. We may modify or discontinue promotions, correct promotional errors, and enforce applicable eligibility requirements, subject to applicable law.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, typically ship the same business day, provided all merchandise is in stock and available for immediate fulfillment.
Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are generally processed on the next business day. Certain items may require an additional 1–2 business days for processing due to inventory availability or other fulfillment requirements.
Processing times may also be extended during periods of high order volume or other circumstances affecting fulfillment. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated based on the applicable shipping service, destination, and order weight.
Our current free Standard Shipping thresholds are:
- Contiguous United States: Orders of $99 or more.
- Hawaii & Alaska: Orders of $150 or more.
Free-shipping eligibility is determined by qualifying merchandise subtotals after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges. Available shipping methods, rates, restrictions, and delivery estimates are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are nonrefundable once an order has shipped, unless otherwise authorized by L&D Beauty Nail Supply, required by applicable law, or due to an error on our part.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances may affect delivery. If we cannot ship an order within an applicable promised timeframe, we will provide any delay notices, cancellation opportunities, and refunds required by applicable law.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, failure to claim a package, or other circumstances attributable to the customer may be eligible for reshipment or a merchandise refund. Additional shipping charges apply to customer-requested reshipments following customer-related delivery issues.
For eligible merchandise refunds:
- Orders with paid shipping: Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Orders with free shipping: A $6.99 shipping recovery fee will be deducted from the eligible merchandise refund.
Customers who paid shipping at checkout will not be charged an additional $6.99 recovery fee. These deductions do not apply to carrier errors, errors made by L&D Beauty Nail Supply, or other circumstances outside the customer’s control. All deductions and refunds are subject to applicable law. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete information.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders promptly to provide efficient shipping service. Customers who wish to request an order modification or cancellation should contact us as soon as possible at support@ldbeautynailsupply.com.
Order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed, particularly if processing or fulfillment has begun. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests when possible.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled through our standard order-cancellation process. Any legally required cancellation rights or refunds remain available regardless of these provisions.
10. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our Return & Exchange Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All Sales Are Final
Due to health, hygiene, safety, and product-integrity considerations, all sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect product or shade selection, duplicate purchases, or merchandise that is no longer needed or wanted. This applies even if merchandise remains unopened or unused.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Merchandise
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing merchandise, please contact us within five (5) calendar days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date.
We may request order details, photographs, packaging information, or other reasonable documentation to investigate the concern. Reported issues are reviewed individually based on the circumstances, available information, applicable warranties, and applicable law.
Authorized Returns
All returns require prior authorization from L&D Beauty Nail Supply.
When a return is authorized, we will provide applicable instructions, shipping arrangements, and return deadlines. Returned merchandise may be inspected before a refund or replacement is processed. Where a return is necessary due to an error on our part, appropriate return shipping will be arranged at no additional cost to the customer. We may offer refunds, replacements, store credit, or other appropriate resolutions depending on the circumstances. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
11. Manufacturer Warranties
Certain products, including electrical equipment and tools, may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Applicable manufacturer warranties are governed by the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, procedures, and eligibility requirements. Customers may be referred to the manufacturer for warranty assistance when appropriate. Manufacturer warranties are separate from any obligations or consumer protections that apply to L&D Beauty Nail Supply under applicable law.
12. International Orders
At this time, L&D Beauty Nail Supply does not offer international shipping.
Orders may only be shipped to destinations supported by our checkout system and Shipping Policy. We may cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to geographic restrictions, carrier limitations, product restrictions, or applicable law. Appropriate refunds will be issued for canceled orders in accordance with applicable law.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, our website and its original content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, videos, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to L&D Beauty Nail Supply Inc. These materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Product names, manufacturer trademarks, logos, photographs, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may use our website for lawful personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our proprietary website content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
14. Customer Reviews & User Content
Customers may have opportunities to submit product reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, or other content through our Services. By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of others. We may moderate or remove content that is fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, abusive, infringing, contains malicious material, or otherwise violates applicable law or reasonable platform rules. We do not prohibit customers from submitting honest reviews or expressing truthful opinions about their experiences. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights protected under applicable consumer review laws.

18. Website Availability & Disclaimers

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that the Services will always be free from technical errors. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms disclaims any warranty, consumer protection, or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, L&D Beauty Nail Supply Inc and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to courts having lawful jurisdiction over the matter.
