3. Products & Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe the products offered through our website, including product names, numbers, sizes, colors, packaging, specifications, and other information.
However, product information may occasionally contain errors or may change without notice.
Manufacturers may also change product formulas, ingredients, packaging, labeling, bottle designs, brushes, components, specifications, or other product characteristics without prior notice to us.
Product Colors
We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent product colors. However, the appearance of a product may vary because of factors including:
- Manufacturing and batch variations;
- Differences in pigments, materials, or formulas;
- Photography and lighting conditions;
- Computer, phone, tablet, and monitor displays and settings; and
- Differences between product systems or formulations.
Minor variations in shade, tone, finish, appearance, packaging, or other characteristics that do not materially change the identity or intended function of a product are not necessarily defects.
Customers should verify the product name, shade name, product number, size, quantity, and other identifying information before purchasing.
4. Professional & Specialty Products
Our store sells nail, beauty, cosmetic, chemical, electrical, and professional-use products. Some products may require specialized knowledge, equipment, preparation, application techniques, ventilation, curing, removal procedures, storage conditions, or other safety precautions.
Our products are available to both professionals and members of the general public unless otherwise indicated or restricted by law.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended use and for reviewing and following all applicable manufacturer instructions, warnings, ingredient information, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), intended uses, application and removal procedures, equipment requirements, and safety precautions.
Information provided on our website or through customer service is intended for general product information and does not replace manufacturer instructions or professional advice.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damage, injury, adverse reactions, unsatisfactory results, or other consequences resulting from misuse, improper application or removal, failure to follow manufacturer instructions or warnings, use of incompatible products or equipment, or use of a product for an unintended or unapproved purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
5. Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order does not constitute our final acceptance of the order.
All orders are subject to availability, payment authorization, verification, fraud screening, shipping restrictions, and our acceptance.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Product unavailability;
- Incorrect product or pricing information;
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
- Payment or verification problems;
- Shipping or legal restrictions;
- Errors affecting an order;
- Orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale or other improper purposes; or
- Circumstances that make fulfillment impracticable or unlawful.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and before shipment, we will issue the appropriate refund for the canceled merchandise.
6. Pricing & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars.
Prices, promotions, product availability, and offers may change without notice. A price change does not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where correction of an obvious error is permitted by applicable law.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing is accurate. However, typographical, technical, or other errors may occasionally occur.
If we discover a material pricing or product-information error before fulfillment, we may contact you regarding the error and available options or cancel and refund the affected item or order, as appropriate and permitted by law.
By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize the applicable charges associated with your order, including product prices, shipping charges, taxes, and other amounts disclosed at checkout.
7. Promotions, Sales & Discount Codes
Promotions, sales, and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, exclusions, expiration dates, and limitations.
Unless otherwise specified:
- Only one discount code may be applied per order;
- Promotional codes are limited to one use per customer;
- Promotions apply only to eligible purchases made while the promotion is active; and
- Discounts cannot be applied to purchases made before a promotion begins or after it ends.
If an eligible order is placed during an active promotional period but the customer forgets to apply the applicable promotional code, the customer may contact us within 24 hours of placing the order and before fulfillment or shipment.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate an eligible adjustment when possible, but an adjustment is not guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, promotional discounts and price adjustments cannot be retroactively applied.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Our standard processing timeframe is generally 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise stated.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Delivery dates and transit times provided by carriers or displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery after shipment.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Additional shipping charges may apply to packages that must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the package, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other circumstances attributable to the customer.

Shipping Delays Before Shipment
If we become unable to ship an order within an applicable promised shipping timeframe, we will handle the delay, cancellation options, and any required refund in accordance with applicable law.
Federal law generally requires online sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping representations and, when they cannot ship within the promised timeframe, to provide the customer with applicable delay and cancellation/refund options.
9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our Return & Exchange Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Due to health, hygiene, safety, and product-integrity considerations, all sales are final, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind, personal preference, ordering the incorrect product, selecting the incorrect shade or color, duplicate purchases, or no longer needing or wanting an item, even if the merchandise remains unopened or unused.
If you experience an issue with an order upon delivery, please contact us at LDBEAUTYNAILSUPPLY@GMAIL.COM within 7 days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date and provide the information and documentation requested in our Return & Exchange Policy.
Reporting an order issue does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, or credit. Each matter will be reviewed based on its circumstances, available documentation, applicable manufacturer requirements or warranties, and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Exchange Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Manufacturer Warranties
Certain merchandise, including some electrical equipment or tools, may be subject to a manufacturer’s warranty.
Manufacturer warranties are governed by the applicable manufacturer’s terms, limitations, procedures, and eligibility requirements.
Where appropriate, customers may be directed to the manufacturer for warranty service.
Any manufacturer’s warranty is separate from any obligations we may have under applicable law.
11. International Orders
Customers placing orders for delivery outside the United States are responsible for determining whether the products purchased may legally be imported, received, possessed, and used in the destination country.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, handling fees, restrictions, inspections, or other requirements imposed by governmental authorities or shipping carriers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We reserve the right to restrict or cancel shipments where a product cannot lawfully or reasonably be shipped to the requested destination.
