Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
We offer standard shipping through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL (international shipping). Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–10 business days after processing
  • International: 7–21 business days after processing (may vary based on customs and local postal services)

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount (including if the item is "returned to sender.")

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders:

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at LDBEAUTYNAILSUPPLY@GMAIL.COM.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will assist in resolving the issue.

International Shipping:
By placing an international order, you agree to comply with your country’s import regulations. Customs delays or additional fees may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
