All Sales Are Final — No Returns or Exchanges
Due to health, hygiene, safety, and product-integrity considerations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
This policy applies to all merchandise, including but not limited to nail polish and lacquer, gel products, acrylic and dip products, nail liquids and chemicals, adhesives, manicure and pedicure products, tools and implements, files, buffers, drill bits, electrical equipment, cosmetics, accessories, and clearance or sale merchandise.
Items are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, ordering the incorrect product, selecting the incorrect color or shade, personal preference, duplicate purchases, or no longer needing or wanting the product, even if the merchandise remains unopened or unused.
Please carefully review all product names, numbers, colors, sizes, quantities, and other product details before completing your purchase.
Product Colors & Images
We make reasonable efforts to represent product colors and merchandise accurately. However, actual colors may vary from the images displayed on our website.
Slight variations may occur due to factors including manufacturing or batch variations, differences in pigments or materials, lighting conditions, photography, and differences in computer, phone, tablet, and monitor displays or settings. For these reasons, images displayed online should be considered a reasonable representation of the product rather than a guarantee of an exact color match. Minor or normal variations in shade, tone, appearance, packaging, or other characteristics that do not materially affect the product’s identity or intended use are not considered defects.
Please carefully verify the product name, shade name, color number, and other identifying information before placing your order.
Order Issues
We carefully inspect and prepare orders before shipment. If you experience an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us at LDBEAUTYNAILSUPPLY@GMAIL.COM within 7 days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date.
To allow us to review the issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the merchandise
- Photographs of the shipping box and packaging, when applicable
- Photographs of the shipping label, when requested
- Any other information reasonably requested to evaluate the issue
Please retain the merchandise and all original product and shipping packaging while your request is being reviewed. Contacting us regarding an order issue does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, or credit. Each reported issue will be reviewed based on the circumstances, available documentation, applicable manufacturer requirements or warranties, and applicable law. If appropriate, we will provide instructions regarding the available resolution.
Please do not discard, use, alter, repair, or otherwise modify merchandise for which you are reporting an order issue unless instructed to do so.
Manufacturer Warranties
Certain products, particularly electrical equipment, tools, or other warrantied merchandise, may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Where applicable, warranty claims may be subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, procedures, and eligibility requirements. We may refer customers to the manufacturer for warranty service when appropriate. Our no-return/no-exchange policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Returned-to-Sender, Refused & Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned to us by the shipping carrier because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the package, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other circumstances attributable to the customer are not considered product returns under this policy.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable in these circumstances. Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.
Any refund or other resolution for merchandise returned to us will be determined in accordance with this Return & Exchange Policy and our Shipping Policy. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information regarding shipping addresses, carrier delays, lost or damaged packages, international shipments, shipping charges, and returned-to-sender packages.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where otherwise required by law. Additional shipping or reshipping charges are also non-refundable once the applicable shipment has been made. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review this Return & Exchange Policy and understand that all sales are final and merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange except as otherwise required by applicable law.
